Remote Control and Connection
Some service jobs require ComputerWorks support staff to remote connect to your computer. When this is needed your support specialist will provide you a 9 digit code for that individual support session. Please put your name in and that 9 digit support number below then follow the instructions to connect. If you did not expect a phone call from us please verify who you are speaking to. You can call our office number and ask for this person or call them direct through our automated phone system from the support number at 604.552.4008. If any one asks you to call a different number please hang up and report this to us at 604.552.4008. ComputerWorks specialists are always reachable at our company number. Any other number could be a fake.
Other Support Options
If the call goes to our support mailbox during business hours it will be checked when the next tech is available. Our regular response time is 2 hours. After hours will be the next business day. Mailbox is not checked after 5 PM or before 8am and on Weekends or Holidays.
